RETURN POLICY

Hair extensions may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging.

For hygiene reasons, any hair extensions that have been opened, worn, tampered with, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange and will be returned to the customer.
